Another mysterious poisoning incident among students occurred in many places in Iran, and President Leahy ordered an investigation.

[Gong Jueyuan, special correspondent of Global Times in Iran] Student poisoning incidents have occurred again in many places in Iran. On March 1st, 108 students from seven girls’ schools in Ardabil were rushed to hospital, and similar poisoning incidents occurred in many schools in the capital Tehran. In the past three months, student poisoning has occurred frequently in Iran. According to the statistics of the online website of Iran’s "Trust", as of March 1, there were student poisoning incidents in 58 schools in 10 provinces. Iranian parliamentarian Haidari said on the 1st that according to reliable sources, nearly 900 students across the country have been poisoned.

According to the Iranian National News Agency, from 10: 00 to 11: 00 a.m. on the 1st, students from many schools in Ardabil area collectively developed symptoms of throat burning, headache and nausea. According to Iran’s "Choice" news website, many female high school students in Tehran were poisoned. Parents said that the school smelled foul and it was suspected that some kind of spray was thrown into the school. The education department of Isfahan province also announced on the 2nd that a poisoning incident occurred in a local girls’ middle school on the 1st, and seven students were rushed to the hospital.

The poisoning incident of Iranian students has lasted for more than three months. On November 30 last year, the first poisoning incident occurred in a school in Qom, and 18 female students developed symptoms such as shortness of breath and muscle numbness. Since then, similar incidents have occurred in many girls’ schools in Qom and spread to Ardabil, Teheran, Los Restan, Kermanshah and other places.

Washington post said on the 1st that although some boys seem to get sick, the vast majority of poisoning cases occurred in girls’ schools. According to a report recently released by the Iranian Ministry of Health, students in Qom have mild symptoms of poisoning, and nitrogen is detected in the poison, which usually lasts for 15 to 45 minutes.

Because the cause of the poisoning incident and the people behind it are still under investigation, it is not clear whether there is any connection between the poisoning incidents in various places, which has caused panic and confusion in Iranian society. According to Qatar Al Jazeera, some people linked the protests that broke out in Iran with the poisoning incident, claiming that the Iranian government tried to "retaliate" the female students, while some Iranian officials believed that it might be the external "hostile forces" who poisoned the Iranian government.

On March 1, Iranian President Leahy appointed the Minister of the Interior to deal with the poisoning incident as soon as possible, and asked the medical and intelligence departments to cooperate with the investigation. Djarrar Zadeh, chairman of the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of the Iranian Parliament, said on the 2nd that the investigation of the poisoning incident has been put on the urgent agenda, and the results of the investigation are — — Including foreign intervention and enemy infiltration — — Will be announced as soon as possible.

Iranian President Leahy, data map

Earlier, Manadi, chairman of the Education and Research Committee of the Iranian Parliament, said that the poisoning incident of Qom female students was an attempt to deliberately create riots and interfere with the education of girls in schools. The Iranian newspaper said on the 2nd that the murderer attacked the Iranian education system by poisoning students and damaged the credibility of the government under the guise of "women, life and freedom".

The M8 spy photos are exposed. Do you still like it?

Recently, a group of new car renderings have been circulated on the Internet. It is reported that this car is actually, according to the overall renderings, the design language of the front face of the new car is obviously different from that on sale. In addition, the M8 is equipped with laser radar and provides orange-red color matching, which is very advanced. The rear taillights also use the editable penetrating taillights of the same model as M9, which basically confirms that M8 is the positioning of the small M9.

The medium and large SUV positioned by M8 can be regarded as a small M9 from the body outline, so that the internal seating space of the vehicle is also guaranteed. The M8 of the vehicle adopts the design of short front suspension, which I believe will impress many home-oriented users.

At present, all spy photos exposed by M8 are not equipped with lidar configuration, which should be the difference of vehicle configuration. After the launch, the M8 high-profile models will probably use lidar, and will also be equipped with Huawei ADS high-order intelligent driving assistance, while the conventional low-profile models are estimated to only use Huawei Gankun ADS SE based on the visual scheme.

As for the interior, since it’s a small M9, it’s sure to follow M9′ s triple-screen interior design style. Of course, the details will definitely be optimized, such as the narrower black edge of the screen, the hollowed-out design of the central armrest to increase the storage space, etc. As far as design maturity is concerned, M8 is definitely a higher level, and M9 may not be able to use a new design until it is replaced.

Other configurations, such as zero-gravity seats and Divare audio, will not be absent from the M8. Of course, in order to meet the needs of different users, there will still be a high probability of 5/6-seat models in the future.

Competitive product analysis:

From the positioning point of view, the most direct competitor of the M8 is naturally the ideal L8. After all, the two cars are very similar in size, and they also focus on comfort and home use. In the future, they will definitely fight to the death.

Old driver’s spicy comment:

The launch of the M8 will undoubtedly further enhance the sales of the brand, and will add another fire to the domestic high-end new energy.

The Island’s theme song starts with Huang Bo, Bao Qiang and Wang Xun tearing each other apart.

1905 movie network news Directed and directed by Bo Huang, the film starring Wang Baoqiang, Shu Qi, LAY, Yu Hewei, Wang Xun, Li Qinqin and Li Youlin will be released nationwide on August 10th. On August 2nd, director Bo Huang and starring Wang Baoqiang and Wang Xun appeared in the two cities of Dongguan, Shenzhen, to continue the summer national delegation construction bank. Nearly 70,000 people attended the event and the atmosphere was warm. The three people not only played the theme song "When Every Star" at the event site, but also demolished each other, saying that "this film was made to be beaten".

At the post-screening meeting, the three masters shared the fun of shooting with fans and friends. The film also won high praise from the audience for "reflecting human nature with many jokes", "elaborately crafted and thought-provoking" and "impressive works of conscience". There was even a 72-year-old grandmother-level director "Fan Mei" on the scene in idolize, and the fun and drama continued to be staged in both places.

The theme song of the movie "When Every Star" premiered at the Tuanjian site, Wang Baoqiang laughed and said that "hitting people is more uncomfortable than being beaten"

Director Bo Huang, who just entered the event site, warmly greeted his fans and friends in Dongguan, and bluntly said that he had been to Dongguan many years ago. This time, he was in a completely different mood to meet you with his directorial debut. More intimate has brought special benefits to friends in Dongguan, that is, the national premiere of the movie theme song "When Every Star". Composed by Mayday A Xin, he sang with Bo Huang for the first time. The melody was bright and passionate, and the lyrics were tactful and affectionate. This song was played in a live audience of 10,000 people, which made the true feelings more touching and made the audience look forward to the fate of the characters in the film.

Talking about the feeling of working with director Bo Huang this time, Wang Baoqiang revealed that the role played this time is different from the past, and the character is clean and pure. More importantly, the previous characters were always beaten, and this play often "beat" others, but it was unexpectedly realized that beating people was actually worse than being beaten. Wang Xun also chimed in that "we were really beaten this time". The director on the side immediately answered, "In fact, inviting you is to satisfy your desire to come and be beaten." The audience was instantly amused by the "mutual love" of three old friends, and the atmosphere of group building continued to heat up.

The audience praised "reflecting human nature and laughing a lot". The presence of 72-year-old fans to support Bo Huang’s works was moving.

At the post-screening sharing meeting in Shenzhen, the audience praised the film for its "many jokes reflecting human nature", "elaborate and thought-provoking", "impressive conscience work" and "strong shock and impact of special effects", and were surprised that Bo Huang did not choose the best comedy type when directing the film for the first time, but integrated in-depth thinking and human nature discussion. In view of this, Bo Huang explained generously at the scene, saying that the film actually wanted to tell an absurd fable, hoping to leave something in everyone’s heart. At the same time, the director also revealed that since it took several years to polish the film, it is natural to set more problems for yourself, which is more challenging and meaningful.

Such sincere sharing won warm applause from the audience. More interestingly, a movie fan brought his son and friends to the movies, and spoke highly of the movie "There is no generation gap suitable for all ages, and the human weakness is fully displayed". Among the audience who came to see the film, a 72-year-old grandmother has been paying attention to Bo Huang since the beginning of the film, and this time she personally rushed to the scene to support the director’s masterpiece, calling the film "beautiful beyond words". From the first film starring Bo Huang to the first film directed by him, the constant support for many years is not only moving, but also shows that director Bo Huang has always insisted on making a good film. Based on this, The Island is naturally worth looking forward to.

The flame of the main Olympic torch is as high as eight meters, which can’t be extinguished by heavy rain.

With an unprecedented fireworks feast at the opening ceremony of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, Chinese conquered the world with gorgeous fireworks last night, and the audience was amazed by the wonderful fireworks shapes. Zhao Weiping, the commander-in-chief of the Olympic opening ceremony "Bird’s Nest" and the Great Wall fireworks display implementation team, was excited and talked to reporters about the unknown story behind the fireworks.

  No paper scraps

At 11 o’clock last night, the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games came to an end. The audience was surprised to find that there was not a scrap of paper or residue left in the fireworks display throughout the opening ceremony.

Zhao Weiping said that this is because a new type of environmental protection material has replaced the "paper pad pressure chamber" of traditional fireworks, thus ensuring that the fireworks can be completely decomposed and burned out at the moment of lighting.

  No smell of gunpowder

Last night, when the "Silver Waterfall" with a total length of more than 30 meters flowed down the bowl of the Bird’s Nest, it was as if a Milky Way was injected into the venue, and the passion quickly passed and surged in the venue. Fireworks were just around the corner, but the audience didn’t smell a pungent smell.

It turned out that the fireworks placed in the Bird’s Nest were not filled with gunpowder, but instead of gunpowder, compressed air was used through the technology of "Shenzhou VI Launch", and the compressed air and fireworks were ejected through electromagnetic valves.

  How does peony bloom?

The first climax of the "Bird’s Nest" is to interpret the whole process of peony, the national flower, from budding to blooming, and suddenly the Bird’s Nest turns into a red ocean of peony. Zhao Weiping, chairman of the national brand Panda Fireworks Company, said that the blooming process of "Peony Blossom" took only 11 seconds, but the number of fireworks was 4,845.

Originally, in order to make the whole red peony cover the whole bird’s nest, the designer used computer three-dimensional special effects technology to draw a huge peony covering the roof of the "Bird’s Nest", and then selected 85 points on the roof of the "Bird’s Nest", each of which is responsible for emitting 3 petals, each of which consists of 29 fireworks, which symbolizes the 29th Olympic Games.

When setting off, according to the order from inside to outside, the "flower heart" is fired, and then the innermost "petal" is fired, and then it transitions to the outermost petal in turn. When the last petal is opened, 85 points are started at the same time to volley fireworks.

How to transfer the "Olympic rings"

That night, five circles of five colors, red, yellow, green, black and blue, appeared in the sky, and the five circles were connected with each other, showing the Olympic rings pattern.

Zhao Weiping introduced that the biggest difficulty in using fireworks to express the Olympic rings and other patterns is that it is difficult to control the initiation point and time interval of fireworks. The interval error of each fireworks cannot exceed 0.03 seconds, and the audience can see the circle and the five rings only when they are fired in series at a constant speed.

  "Silver Waterfall"

How to flow into the stands

During the opening ceremony, there was a "silver waterfall" nearly 40 meters long, like the Milky Way, which slowly hung down along the bowl of the "Bird’s Nest" and flowed into the stadium. The "Bird’s Nest" stand immediately turned into a silver hall.

Zhao Weiping said that the diameter of the bowl of the "Bird’s Nest" is about 500 meters, more than 40 meters above the ground. This shape requires that the diameter of the "Silver Waterfall" should not be less than 500 meters and the length should not be less than 30 meters, so that the audience can be there.

How does the "dove of peace" spread its wings?

Careful viewers will find that a pair of snow-white wings were born on both sides of the "Bird’s Nest", flapping up and down, just like a dove spreading its wings and flying.

Zhao Weiping told reporters that it is not difficult for the "Bird’s Nest" to give birth to "wings". What is difficult is that the wings should be flapped up and down, showing a dove of peace spreading its wings and flying dynamically. In order to make this dove of peace "smart", the researchers first improved the discharge effect of the traditional fireworks element "white tail", which has only white light and no track left by the tail passing through the air, just like the wings of the dove of peace. In order to make the wings move, the researchers calculated the flapping frequency of the flying dove of peace, so that the "Bird’s Nest dove of peace" fluttered its wings once every second on average.

How does the "Red Flash Bird’s Nest" feel dynamic?

A red silk thread in the night sky, passing through the "Bird’s Nest", is flashing like a red neon lamp. Under its embellishment, the whole "Bird’s Nest" is flashing, running and jumping.

Zhao Weiping said that the first difficulty of the "Red Flash Bird’s Nest" lies in the layout. In order to cover the entire "Bird’s Nest", a launching point should be set up every five meters on each main beam; At the junction of the two main beams, a launching point is also set up every five meters, and all launching points are evenly distributed, so that the whole "Bird’s Nest" can jump in the red ocean; The second difficulty lies in the time difference control, and the fireworks at each point must be lit and extinguished at the same time.

  How to open Tianmen

There was a scene in the opening ceremony: a magnificent arched gate appeared over the "Bird’s Nest". From closing the door and opening a crack to opening half and three quarters until the Golden Gate finally opens. Zhao Weiping said, "Opening the Tianmen Gate" is difficult to measure in the distance and angle between the ground and air. The distance between the first group of emission points and the angle with the horizontal plane must ensure that the emitted fireworks meet in the air and hand over an arch; The distance and horizontal angle between the second group of fireworks must ensure that when the fireworks meet in the air, there is just a gap, just like the door has just opened a gap, and so on. If the angle is a little bit biased, the process of opening the door cannot be vividly reproduced.

  How does the countdown work?

9, 8, 7 … When the opening ceremony started, the first thing in the air was flashing numbers. Zhao Weiping introduced that the number nine drawn with fireworks stays in the air for no less than one second. As soon as the number nine goes out, it lights up at eight and flashes again for one second. "If the number stays even in the blink of an eye, the fireworks will not draw a countdown stopwatch.".

  Olympic main torch

  Secret of combustion system

Last night, Xu Tong, deputy commander of the torch project for the opening ceremony of the Beijing Olympic Games and director of the dispatching center of Beijing Gas Group, revealed that the flame of the main torch of this Olympic Games was accurate to 8 meters high and 4 meters wide. The main torch can resist 10 winds and 80 mm rainstorm per hour. Because the torch is also equipped with lightning protection device, it can prevent lightning strike and can "turn off without noise"

The flame height is 8 meters.

Xu Tong said that the torch of the main Olympic venue consists of three parts, including the torch head, gas pipeline and control system. The key to determine its shape and color lies in the torch burner, which is made up of hundreds of burning holes arranged in rows, grouped and segmented into a disk shape, forming a three-dimensional shape with a height difference of 1.6 meters together, and spiraling up.

Due to the spiral shape of the torch, there is a height difference of 1.6 meters between the high and low burning points of the torch, which is very different from the flat disc burner of the torch in the past. Xu Tong said that in order to ensure the visual effect of the flame shape of the torch burning, the torch team cooperated with the overall structural modeling in the design to set up the gas supply cavity of the burning device in sections, grouped and combined, and controlled and adjusted the torch burning in sections, so that the flame shape was more consistent with the structure, thus concentrating the firepower to the maximum extent, making the flame shape complete and coherent, and the height reached more than 8 meters, which greatly enhanced the appreciation.

  Rainstorm can’t be extinguished

In order to improve the rain resistance of the main torch

Yes, in the design, the researchers increased the gas supply pressure, thus increasing the outlet flow rate of the burner and improving the stability of the flame under bad weather conditions. During the rain-proof test of the burning device, the lighted torch has withstood the test of "artificial rainfall" environment created by six groups of fire-fighting high-pressure water guns, ensuring that the torch still keeps normal combustion in the rainstorm weather with rainfall of 80 mm per hour, which is higher than the rainfall requirement of 60 mm per hour of the Olympic Organizing Committee.

In addition, in order to meet the wind resistance requirements of the main torch proposed by the Olympic Organizing Committee, the torch design team installed a special wind protection device in the combustion system. The field simulated artificial wind tunnel test shows that the torch has the ability to resist the wind equivalent to 10 winds.

  Gas supply double insurance

Xu Tong said that all the gas and electrical systems of the main torch of the Olympic Games are designed and installed in a two-way and double-insurance way, which can ensure the normal operation of the torch combustion control system. Power failure all the way will not affect the combustion of the main torch, and even the gas supply is dual-mode.

It is reported that in order to cooperate with the opening and closing ceremony operation center to complete the torch physical test and realize the mobile emergency gas supply for the main torch, the torch team of Beijing Gas Group organized the design of special pressure regulating equipment for the pneumatic source of large-flow vehicle-mounted compressor, and the compressed natural gas will be used as the emergency standby gas source for the main Olympic venue and other urban areas.

The film "The Bitter-tongued Lawyer": Human Nature and the Chivalry of Law.

Once known as "box office poison", it exploded in the movie market. Following the success of the box office in 2022 (Hong Kong film named "The Heart of the Rice Play"), the new film in 2023 (Hong Kong film named "The Big Bitter Tongue") broke the local film record in Hong Kong, and it also had a good reputation and response after being released in the Mainland.

Speaking of it, the plot of "The Bitch Lawyer" is not particularly new. It tells the story of a mother who was suspected of abusing her deaf-mute daughter to death. When supermodel Zeng Jieer woke up drunk, she found that her daughter was seriously injured in the head and was charged with abuse and manslaughter. Lin Liangshui, Zeng Jieer’s defense lawyer, was careless at the beginning of the film and was bent on buttering up powerful people, which led Zeng Jieer to be convicted under the perjury provided by her lover Zhong Jingyi and was sentenced to 17 years’ imprisonment. In the midst of many obstacles, Lin Liangshui found evidence, helped Zeng Jieer successfully clear his grievances in court confrontation, and also completed his own redemption. Although "The Poisonous Tongue Lawyer" is called "suspense", similar plots have long been mature in previous literary works, and the key evidence of the case reversal is also expected by careful audiences. However, this is probably the success of this film — — Conscience and justice have always been an "eternal topic" that can resonate with the audience, and the discussion on how to achieve fairness and justice in movies is still realistic and enlightening.

Chivalrous spirit of modern nobody.

In the "first-round word-of-mouth picture" of "The Bitch Lawyer", there is a comment that this film is "an outstanding New Year film full of chivalrous spirit". It is a very meaningful perspective to look at modern life from the perspective of "chivalry", especially to introduce it into legal subjects. Lin Liangshui, the protagonist of the film, is a typical image of a nobody — — When I first entered the business, I tried my best to go to court, but I divorced my wife. He changed from a lawyer to a judge, and then from a judge to a lawyer, and entered a muddled and ingratiating survival mode, but was awakened by Zeng Jieer’s unjust imprisonment and embarked on the road of fighting against the dignitaries. The pattern of little people growing up and being redeemed is easily reminiscent of the classic "The White-faced Bao Qingtian of Jiupin Sesame Officials" (1994).

In the usual popular understanding shaped by popular literature and art, "Xia" often has an elite color. From the purport of "chivalry", it is often said that "the greatest chivalry is for the country and the people"; In terms of ability, "Xia" is often "Superman" — — Both force and morality are superior, so they have the ability to do justice. If we regard the novel as a typical example of "chivalry", then in this kind of utopian fantasy of literati, even if the chivalrous man lives in the next room and his career is unfinished, he still has a kind of arrogant spirit. However, in the film, television and literary works with modern background, if the "chivalrous man" is described too grandly, it will sometimes give the audience a feeling of "unreal" — — On the contrary, although there are shortcomings but unique characters (sometimes even villains), they often have higher popularity. It can be seen that the fantasy of a perfect hero often gives in to the common compromises and trivialities in the real society. Lin Liangshui of "Poisonous Tongue Lawyer" can be counted as such a figure. Obviously, "cold water" is the anti-training of "hot blood".Lin Liangshui at the beginning of the film also gives people a negative impression. But this little guy, especially the chivalrous little guy who is full of shortcomings, gives people an artistic contrast. In A Dream of Red Mansions, Cao Xueqin deliberately created the small role of Ni Er. Zhi Yanzhai commented that "writing four chivalrous articles, Ni Er, Zi Ying, Xiang Lian and Yu Han, can be described by fax", and "ruffian rogue, made by people" is probably the way of life of small people in the face of special reality, but in front of "righteousness", it is even more intimate.

The wonderful "martial arts" in this film can also make the audience feel "chivalrous". Different from the nonsense performance of "White-faced Bao Qingtian", the shooting rhythm of "Bitch Lawyer" is really comfortable in the climax of the debate in court. By carefully grasping the words and music of Taiwan, the confrontation between the prosecution and the defense can also give people an audio-visual feeling of martial arts experts. The screenwriter and director said in an interview: "In fact, I also thought about whether to incorporate action scenes when I was creating, but the cost of action movies is relatively high. It is my first time as a director, and it is difficult to get such a high cost. So I imagined how to make the literary drama feel like a martial arts drama, so I integrated this feeling into the confrontation between lawyers on both sides of the court. " Of course, the focus of the debate in the trial is "Wen", but the tit-for-tat of ideas can actually be compared to the "martial arts" of masters; The lines of this debate are mainly "Zhuang", but they are neutralized by "harmony" from time to time, which makes "Poisonous Lawyers" different from ordinary legal dramas in expression.

Procedural justice and consequential justice

Many aspiring Chinese and foreign filmmakers have tried to integrate philosophical speculation and social criticism into audio-visual expression. As far as the classic film and television works with legal themes are concerned, what is "justice" is an important topic that appears frequently. The same is the pursuit of "procedural justice" in court trials, 12 Angry Men (1957; Chinese version, 2014) focuses on its positive significance — — It seems that there are all kinds of witness and material evidence, but it may lead to unjust, false and wrong cases because of ignoring other possibilities. And also in the case of complete evidence chain, (1957) skillfully tells the story that defense lawyers and juries are influenced by the acting skills of perjury. In the Japanese drama "Winner is Justice" (the first season, 2012; In the second quarter, 2013), the "truth" was completely deconstructed: lawyers used all means to serve the interests of their clients, but did not care about the substantive truth and right and wrong.

Of course, "Poisonous Tongue Lawyer" does not aim at a comprehensive analysis of this problem, but the relevant plot also gives its own answer. From a neutral point of view, it has a complete chain of evidence to convict Zeng Jieer in the first instance. Although there is a sign language testimony that "mother never hit me" when her daughter came back to light, it is not enough evidence to be accepted by the court. However, Lin Liangshui, who witnessed this sign language, firmly believed that Zeng Jieer was innocent and embarked on a difficult road to reverse his conviction. The Poisonous Lawyer pointedly points out the following fact: if you only care about specific technical issues and forget that procedural justice is also the basis for maintaining substantive justice for a long time, then it is easy to take the position that "Truth is insignificant". The film reminds us that it is easier for powerful groups to modify factual information and control the angle of interpretation, which may lead to the loss of justice.

In this regard, the answer given by Poisonous Lawyers is — — common sense。 This English word was translated into "human nature" in the film. From a purely technical point of view, "yes" and "no" often have some special norms and standards. But in "human nature", "yes" and "no" cannot exist without life itself. From the perspective of Lin Liangshui (or under the guidance of the director), it is easy for viewers to go beyond the concrete evidence itself and believe in Zeng Jieer’s innocence, and a sense of responsibility arises that the protagonist is "doing justice for heaven" (writing "Heaven has eyes" in the film). This is a reflection on the program itself, but it can only be realized by "careful verification". "Human nature" or "common sense" is not out of date.

In order to highlight the drama, legal film and television themes often simplify the handling of the contradictions between the prosecution and the defense — — Prosecution and defense is a battle between decency and villains, and the victory of decency depends on the discovery of new evidence or the subversion of false evidence. And the truth is sometimes more complicated — — Different interpretations of the same material are often drawn by different ways of thinking and personal experience, which is not a simple moral issue. In this sense, The Poisonous Tongue Lawyer can be regarded as a "cool drama". No matter the sudden appearance of new evidence or the collusion between Jin Yuanshan and Lin Liangshui, the villains did not organize a real resistance. This reminds us of Jin Yong’s famous the legendary swordsman: the Wulin in the Central Plains was spared a catastrophe, and Ling Huchong, the protagonist, had the opportunity to enjoy a happy "the legendary swordsman" ending, for no other reason than — — The emergence of clear wind and Ren Woxing’s sudden death. However, it is the change from "heaven has eyes" to "heaven has eyes" in literary and artistic works that makes it easier for people to choose the upward path in reality.

In other words, if you go to the cinema to watch The Poisonous Lawyer, Wong Tze Wah’s excellent acting skills and sense of humor will be the first thing to sell. However, in addition to providing pleasant emotions and "justice will win", there are still many things worth pondering in the film. The audience who are familiar with Wong Tze Wah’s stand-up comedy must be well aware of this. (Author: Zhang Haosu; Author: Nankai University College of Literature)

Reading at night, the man accidentally ignited 600,000 cash at home, and the woman endured domestic violence for 40 years. The lawsuit for divorce was rejected. The husband responded.

Recently, Mr. Zhou from Cenxi, Wuzhou, Guangxi, told the reporter of the upstream news (reporting micro-signal: shangyounews) that during the treatment of his mother in Cenxi People’s Hospital in September this year, his family members bought human albumin and immunoglobulin (both blood products) from the salespeople recommended by two doctors in different departments of the hospital. Afterwards, it was found that the price of the blood products was obviously higher than the market price, and the two doctors violated the "Nine Prohibitions" in the construction of medical and health ethics, so they complained to the relevant departments.

Mr. Zhou said that the hospital and the doctor apologized to him and made a "private settlement" respectively, hoping that he would cancel the complaint and be willing to refund the purchase money. Mr. Zhou said that he and his family did not agree and asked the hospital to handle it according to the regulations.

On November 26th, the complaint handling opinion of Cenxi Health Bureau stated that the doctors in the hospital involved did not explicitly ask the patients’ families to buy and use the biological products with the specified names and suppliers, and the human albumin and immunoglobulin purchased by the patients’ families were within the reference price range, so there was no high price and arbitrary charges.

On December 11th, Dr. Chen from ICU of Cenxi People’s Hospital, who was directed to sell immunoglobulin to patients’ families, said that he was at work, so please contact the hospital. Director Huang of the ICU of the hospital said that "the cell phone signal is not good" and hung up the phone.

Family members questioned doctors’ illegal sales of blood products.

Mr. Zhou told the upstream journalist that on September 8 this year, his mother was transferred from other places to the ICU of Cenxi People’s Hospital in Guangxi for treatment.

According to the opinion of Cenweixin Office [2020] No.6 of Cenxi Health Bureau, after investigation, Mr. Zhou’s mother’s vital signs were unstable when she was admitted to Cenxi People’s Hospital, and she was in a coma, with tracheotomy, obvious infection focus and serious infection in her lungs. After admission, according to the patient’s condition, the doctor judged that the patient had indications to use immunoglobulin and human albumin, and communicated with his family for many times, including informing the patient of the purpose and significance of using human albumin and immunoglobulin, medical risks and so on.

Mr. Zhou told the upstream journalist that Dr. Chen from the ICU of the hospital told him that his mother’s examination results showed that the protein was low, and he needed to input immunoglobulin, and repeatedly asked him to buy it. He didn’t know the specific function of immunoglobulin, and the doctor didn’t explain the situation clearly to him. "According to the idea of ordinary people, since the protein is low, it is necessary to supplement the protein."

Mr. Zhou said that on September 10th, Dr. Chen called someone to send eight bottles of immunoglobulin to the aisle outside the doctor’s office, and he paid the medicine delivery staff a total of 5,600 yuan (each bottle of 700 yuan). On September 12, Mr. Zhou’s mother transferred to the neurosurgery department of the hospital. On the same day, a neurosurgeon called someone to send two bottles of human albumin to the ward in the same way, totaling 1240 yuan (each bottle of 620 yuan). On September 13th and 14th, family members bought 4 bottles of human albumin in the same way, totaling 2480 yuan.

On September 16th, Mr. Zhou’s mother was transferred to ICU again for treatment due to serious lung infection and unstable vital signs. At this time, Mr. Zhou learned from other patients that many pharmacies outside the hospital can also buy human albumin with regular production batch numbers and certificates, and can bring it back for nurses to help with medication. Mr. Zhou found that the price of human albumin sold in outside pharmacies was lower than that of each bottle recommended by doctors, 200 yuan.

On September 27, Mr. Zhou and his family transferred their mother to a higher hospital for treatment. Mr. Zhou has the following doubts: Is it illegal for doctors to recommend others to sell drugs in hospitals? Why do doctors ask other people to deliver drugs and let patients’ families trade with the drug delivery people outside the doctor’s office? Who is the drug delivery person? What’s the relationship with doctors? Are these drugs from a regular source? Does the doctor recommend drugs to other patients as well?

The hospital admitted that the doctor was "not standardized" and wanted to be private and was rejected.

Mr. Zhou decided to defend his rights. He complained to Cenxi Municipal Market Supervision Administration about the price of drugs.

On October 12th, the staff of Cenxi Municipal Market Supervision Administration replied to Mr. Zhou, saying that Mr. Zhou’s relevant complaint was not within the scope of acceptance: the price of blood products purchased by Mr. Zhou was within the market-adjusted price range, and the source of drugs could not be determined. It was suggested to report it to the local health department.

After Mr. Zhou complained, on October 11th, the staff of Patient Service Department of Cenxi People’s Hospital contacted Mr. Zhou. The staff member said on the phone that it is recommended that Mr. Zhou "settle privately" with the person who sells blood products, and the hospital will promote the other party to refund. Mr. Zhou said many times that the doctor in the hospital called someone to send the medicine, and the doctor should bear the corresponding responsibility.

In the recording of more than 40 minutes between the two sides, the hospital staff repeatedly asked Mr. Zhou’s opinion: "What can the hospital do to satisfy you?" "can you settle it?"

Mr. Zhou has repeatedly said that he hopes to handle it fairly in accordance with hospital rules and regulations and give him feedback on the results. The other party said that the problem would be submitted to the hospital party Committee and the president’s office meeting.

On October 13th, Director Huang of ICU of our hospital explained his mother’s medication to Mr. Zhou on the phone. Director Huang said that the use of immunoglobulin recommended by ICU doctors is in line with the treatment conditions of Mr. Zhou’s mother. "Why did the doctor call someone to deliver the medicine and trade it in the office?" Director Huang admitted that doctors in this hospital have irregular operations, but most of them are in this mode. "It’s not just our family."

Director Huang asked Mr. Zhou, how can this matter stop here? Can we go to the hospital to solve it privately? And said that he can refund the money he bought.

Mr. Zhou said that on October 15, Dr. Chen from the ICU of the hospital apologized to him on the phone, hoping to reach a settlement and get an understanding. Mr. Zhou asked Dr. Chen, where did the drugs come from? Dr. Chen admitted the fact that he sent someone to take the medicine to the office for trading, but "the source of the medicine is not clear to him." Dr. Chen said that the drug used to be purchased by hospitals, and it must be regular and qualified, and patients will not have problems after using it.

The upstream journalist learned that in December 2013, the National Health and Family Planning Commission and the state administration of traditional chinese medicine formulated and promulgated the "Nine Prohibitions for Strengthening the Construction of Medical and Health Work Style", which clearly stipulated that medical institutions and medical and health personnel "are strictly prohibited from participating in the marketing activities of pharmaceutical products, food, health care products and other commodities" and "it is strictly forbidden to seek illegitimate interests by taking advantage of their practice, and it is strictly forbidden to accept drugs, medical devices and health care products.

Family members refused to accept the opinions of the Health and Health Bureau and insisted on investigating according to regulations.

On November 26th, Cenxi Municipal Bureau of Health and Wellness issued a letter of opinion on handling letters and visits (Cenweixin Office [2020] No.6) to Mr. Zhou.

According to the submission, "Because there was no human albumin and immunoglobulin in the hospital pharmacy at that time, from the perspective of use safety, the hospital suggested that patients could purchase qualified drugs and biological products through the shared prescription platform, or they could purchase qualified biological products themselves … The hospital doctor did not explicitly ask the patient’s family members to buy and use the biological products of the specified name and supplier, and the doctor did not participate in the purchase behavior."

The submission also stated that "the human albumin and immunoglobulin purchased by the patient’s family are within the reference price range, and there is no high price and arbitrary charges."

Mr. Zhou said, "The content of the opinion is inconsistent with the facts."

Mr. Zhou told reporters that total recall, the staff of Cenxi People’s Hospital Office, the director of ICU and the ICU doctor, showed that the doctor admitted to recommending drugs to the patients’ families and asked them to trade with the drug delivery person in the doctor’s office.

On December 11th, the upstream journalist called the Health and Wellness Bureau of Cenxi City. The staff of the Medical Affairs Unit of the Bureau said that the People’s Hospital of Cenxi City had "settled privately" with Mr. Zhou’s father, and the hospital had investigated clearly and reported the relevant situation to the Bureau.

Mr. Zhou made it clear to reporters that neither he nor his father agreed to the "private" requirements put forward by the hospital and doctors, did not go to the hospital to ask for a refund, and did not understand the hospital and doctors. "It’s not just a few phone calls to apologize, or I will forgive you for visiting."

Mr. Zhou said that it is not easy for ordinary people to make money, and it is even more difficult to see a doctor. When they know that there are illegal operations in the hospital, they ask the hospital to deal with them according to the rules and regulations. In the future, everyone will be more transparent in seeing a doctor. "It is definitely not to deal with any problems written in the opinion. Finally, the hospital helped the doctor cover up the truth."

Mr. Zhou also said that on October 28, he complained to the Health Bureau of Tunxi City, and the other party did not contact him at all after receiving the notice, but transferred the complaint to the People’s Hospital of Tunxi City for self-examination. He believes that as a higher-level competent department, the Health and Wellness Bureau of Cenxi City has dereliction of duty.

On the same day, the upstream journalist once again called the Medical Affairs Unit of the Health and Wellness Bureau of Cenxi City to inform Mr. Zhou that the family did not agree to "settle privately" with the hospital, and the staff said that they would understand the matter. Since then, the reporter has contacted the medical and political unit many times and has not received a reply.

On December 11th, Dr. Chen from the ICU of the hospital, who was selling drugs to patients’ families, told the upstream journalist that he was at work, so please contact the hospital. The reporter also verified the situation with Director Huang of the ICU of the hospital. Director Huang said that he "had a bad cell phone signal" and immediately hung up.

On December 11th, upstream journalists repeatedly called the patient service department of Cenxi People’s Hospital, but no one answered. On December 13, the staff of the patient service department of the hospital told reporters that this matter was mainly handled by the department director, and he did not know the specific situation, but he would inform the director to reply to the reporter. However, as of press time, no reply has been received.

Mr. Zhou told reporters that he would pursue it to the end.

On the arrangement of stable post subsidies! 31 provinces have made efforts to stabilize employment, and a big Polly is coming.

Sino-Singapore Jingwei client February 12 (Wan Keyi) The employment problem is related to economic development and social stability. In the "six stability" work repeatedly emphasized by the government, "stable employment" is also placed in the first place. Under the epidemic situation, 31 provinces have taken many measures recently, and they have made efforts in "stabilizing employment".

Increase the return of unemployment insurance.

On February 5, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Finance and other five departments issued a notice on doing a good job in employment during the epidemic prevention and control period, clearly increasing the return of unemployment insurance and appropriately relaxing the standards. Co-ordinate the use of special incentive funds for structural adjustment of industrial enterprises to support eligible enterprises affected by the epidemic to stabilize their posts and ensure basic living expenses. At the local level, increasing the return of unemployment insurance has also become one of the main means for local governments to stabilize employment.

Taking Zhejiang Province as an example, the relevant opinions were issued on February 10, clarifying that insured enterprises that did not lay off employees or laid off fewer employees could return 50% of the unemployment insurance premiums actually paid in the previous year; For the insured enterprises affected by the epidemic, according to the different situations of enterprises, each place can return 1-mdash; For social insurance premiums ranging from 3 months, the monthly return standard is determined according to the social insurance premiums paid by enterprises and their employees in December 2019.

Beijing stipulates that for small and medium-sized micro-insured enterprises that are greatly affected by the epidemic, face temporary production and operation difficulties and are expected to recover, and insist on not laying off employees or reducing layoffs, the unemployment insurance premium can be returned according to the monthly per capita unemployment insurance premium standard and the number of insured employees in the previous year for six months. During the epidemic period, for small and medium-sized enterprises that meet the functional orientation and industrial development direction of the capital, as of the end of April, if the average number of employees in the enterprise is equal to or increases by less than 20% (excluding) compared with the average number of employees in the previous year, the enterprise shall be given a one-time subsidy of 30% of social insurance premiums for 3 months; By the end of April, if the average number of employees in an enterprise has increased by 20% or more compared with the average number of employees in the previous year, the enterprise shall be given a one-time subsidy of 50% of the social insurance premium payable for 3 months.

Shanxi also proposed that 50% of the unemployment insurance premium actually paid in the previous year could be returned to the insured enterprises that did not lay off employees or laid off fewer employees. For the insured enterprises facing temporary difficulties in production and operation, which are expected to recover, and insist on not laying off employees or laying off fewer employees, the return standard can be determined according to the local monthly average unemployment insurance standard of 6 months and the annual average number of insured employees, and the policy implementation period shall be implemented in accordance with state regulations.

He Dexiao, deputy director of the Shanxi Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, said that the first measure in Shanxi is a high standard: according to the local monthly per capita unemployment insurance standard of six months and the annual average number of employees participating in the insurance, for the same enterprise, it is more than 10 times the amount of ordinary payment. Second, the conditions are wide: as long as enterprises participate in unemployment insurance and pay in full for more than 12 months, they can apply for policy dividends if they insist on not laying off employees or laying off fewer employees, and relax the layoff rate standard from no higher than the registered unemployment rate control target of Shanxi cities and towns in 2019 of 4.2% to no higher than the unemployment rate control target of the national urban survey in 2019 of 5.5%. Third, the tilt is large: the key materials production enterprises for epidemic prevention and control determined by the Shanxi provincial government can apply for emergency and stable return of enterprises in difficulty if they have participated in unemployment insurance for more than 12 months; For enterprises with less than 30 employees (inclusive), the layoff rate will be relaxed to no more than 20% of the total number of employees.

In addition, Henan, Hubei, Guizhou, Shaanxi, Guangxi, Qinghai and other provinces have also proposed that enterprises that have difficulties in production and operation due to the impact of the epidemic can stabilize their jobs by adjusting their salaries, rotating jobs and shortening working hours through consultation with employees, and try not to lay off employees or reduce them. Eligible enterprises can enjoy stable post subsidies according to regulations.

Reduce the unemployment insurance payment rate in stages.

In addition to returning the unemployment insurance premium, the client of Zhongxin Jingwei noticed that some provinces are still making a fuss about adjusting the unemployment insurance premium rate.

Among them, Tianjin has recently made it clear that the unemployment insurance premium rate in this city will be reduced in stages, with the unit rate and individual employee rate both being 0.5%, which will be implemented until July 31, 2021.

Guangdong has also introduced measures to continue to implement the policy of reducing unemployment insurance rates and industrial injury insurance rates in stages.

Ge Guoxing, deputy director of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, introduced at the press conference held on the 7th that at present, the average rate of unemployment insurance in Guangdong Province is 0.64%, of which the average rate of employers is 0.44% and the personal rate is 0.2%, which is the lowest in the country. "From 2020, we will continue to implement the policy of reducing unemployment insurance rates. According to calculations, it can reduce the burden on employers in Guangdong Province by about 12.5 billion yuan." Ge Guoxing also said that in 2020, Guangdong Province will continue to implement the policy of reducing the rate of work-related injury insurance in stages, which is expected to reduce the payment of work-related injury insurance for enterprises in Guangdong Province by 3.6 billion yuan.

Develop public welfare special posts and encourage employment nearby.

In order to actively respond to the epidemic situation in COVID-19, migrant workers, poor laborers and other groups are encouraged to find jobs locally or nearby.

Among them, Liaoning recently proposed that after the Spring Festival holiday, efforts should be made to provide better online employment information services for migrant workers, encourage and guide migrant workers to pay close attention to online recruitment information, find jobs locally and nearby, and try to avoid epidemic-prone areas for the time being. Do a good job in the communication and consultation of migrant workers’ groups who are delayed to return to their units. If they cannot negotiate and produce labor disputes, they can file an arbitration with the labor and personnel dispute arbitration institution after the outbreak is lifted.

Jilin has also launched a series of targeted measures, including: according to the change of epidemic situation, actively developing some temporary special poverty alleviation posts in counties, giving priority to the employment of poor people who can not return to their posts temporarily; We will arrange 5,000 special posts for public welfare, and give temporary resettlement to poor laborers and groups with employment difficulties who cannot go out to work due to the epidemic for three to six months to ensure that zero-employment families are dynamically cleared.

Hunan said that it will actively guide returning migrant workers in areas with high epidemic rates to delay their return to the city or find jobs nearby in combination with the special service activities of "Xiang Rong Xiang Ai" for migrant workers.

Zhang Chenggang, executive director of the Research Center for New Employment Patterns in China, capital university of economics and business, said that due to the epidemic, some enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, may have some jobs reduced. According to the actual situation, various localities have introduced targeted measures to increase support for small and medium-sized enterprises, encourage enterprises and workers to tide over the difficulties together, and ensure the basic livelihood of workers, which will help maintain the overall stability of the employment situation.

The fundamentals of overall employment stability have not changed.

How much impact will the COVID-19 epidemic have on the employment situation in China? In this regard, the answer given by Zhang Ying, director of the Employment Promotion Department of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, is that the fundamentals of the overall stability of the employment situation have not changed.

In the data map, Xin Jingwei, Dong Xiangyi, photo

Zhang Ying introduced at the press conference of the State Council Office held on the 11th that after the outbreak, there have been some changes in the labor market. After the time for enterprises to start and return to work was delayed and the time for labor to return to work was wrong, Hubei and other areas with severe epidemic, tourism, catering and other service industries and some small and medium-sized enterprises also reported increased pressure on job stability. At the same time, the industries and enterprises related to the epidemic situation are obviously short of work, and some recruitment and job hunting activities are temporarily postponed.

Zhang Ying pointed out that with the relief of the epidemic and the final victory, enterprises will speed up the resumption of work and production, the consumption and investment accumulated in the early stage will continue to be released, and the demand of the labor market will expand simultaneously. The fundamentals of China’s long-term economic improvement and the overall stability of the employment situation have not changed. She stressed that the relevant departments will go all out and take multiple measures to actively help willing workers find jobs and start businesses, and strive to maintain the overall stability of the employment situation.

According to Du Yang, deputy director of the Institute of Population and Labor Economics of China Academy of Social Sciences, the impact of this epidemic will not be longer than that of the SARS epidemic in 2003. After the epidemic is over, economic activities will resume quickly, and there will be no obvious impact on the new employment target for the whole year. (Zhongxin Jingwei APP)

Liu Zhengzhu, editor-in-chief of Phoenix Satellite TV America, was accused of sexually assaulting female employees. Liu Changle, the president, once sat idly by.

According to Hong Kong South China Morning Post, AFP and other media reports, five current and former employees of Phoenix Satellite TV Americas recently filed a complaint with the federal court in Washington, D.C., accusing Liu Zhengzhu, former editor-in-chief of Phoenix Satellite TV Americas, of long-term sexual harassment, sexual assault and even attempted rape of several female employees during his tenure.

Voice of America said,In August 2012, Liu Changle, president of Phoenix Satellite TV, personally dealt with Liu Zhengzhu’s sexual assault on female employees, but the result was that he was allowed to continue to be the editor-in-chief of America TV and still hold real power.Liu Zhengzhu was not dealt with, and in turn retaliated against the employees who had supported the victimized female reporter. It was not until 11 current and former employees and interns threatened to sue Phoenix that Phoenix announced the dismissal of Liu Zheng Zhu in December 2012. Lawyers also pointed out that the new supervisor appointed by Phoenix TV to replace Liu Zhengzhu continued to crack down on employees who supported sexually assaulted female journalists, including criticism, intimidation, demotion and even dismissal.

Liu Zhengzhu, former editor-in-chief of Phoenix Satellite TV: Female employees should offer "sexual interests""

Five current and former employees of Phoenix Satellite TV America asked the jury to hear the case and claimed up to $2 million in economic compensation.

It is understood that all the people who filed the complaint were employees of Phoenix Satellite TV in the United States, both on-the-job and resigned, but they were all American nationals. They said that during his eight-year tenure, Liu Zhengzhu used his position to induce female subordinates, interns and job seekers to provide them with sexual benefits, and even asked them to open rooms in hotels in Washington and new york in the name of work. According to Agence France-Presse, Liu Zheng Zhu used to be the chief correspondent of CCTV in the United Nations. After he took up his post at Phoenix TV, he often boasted about his relationship with the top management of Phoenix TV.

Five in-service and former employees of Phoenix Satellite TV Americas Station who were sexually assaulted by former editor-in-chief Liu Zhengzhu said in the complaint: "If they don’t cater to Liu’s behavior, Liu Zheng will retaliate through unfair criticism at work, let them work under harsh conditions, not give them opportunities for promotion or even expel them.. "

"In all the incidents, Liu Zhengzhu’s consciousness is very clear, which is what he said many times — —Female employees and intern job seekers who want to seek career prospects in Phoenix TV must offer them sexual benefits.. "

The complaint also mentions that Liu Zheng Zhu sexually assaulted a female employee in the office of the Washington office, and went to a female employee’s home and tried to rape her. The complaint also stated that Liu Zhengzhu had harassed the wife of a male employee of Phoenix Satellite TV. The male plaintiff claimed that Liu Zheng Zhu had asked his wife to go to the room of new york Hotel where she stayed and forcibly touched her. When the man reported to the upper level of Phoenix TV America, the reply was "I have to protect my wife".

The president of Phoenix Satellite TV is only willing to let things go?

According to the VOA report, according to a press release issued by appointed lawyer Lynne Bernabei on the 22nd, in August 2012, Liu Zhengzhu, then the editor-in-chief of Phoenix America, sexually assaulted a female reporter in the Washington station of Phoenix America, and was recorded by the female reporter. After the incident, more than 10 former or current employees of Phoenix Satellite TV wrote letters of solidarity and contacted other victims of Liu Zhengzhu, who agreed to testify for the female reporter.

The report quoted a press release issued by lawyer Bernard Baye as saying,Liu Changle, the president of Phoenix Satellite TV, personally came forward to solve the sexual assault at that time, but instead of dismissing Liu Zhengzhu, he was allowed to continue to be the editor-in-chief of the American TV station and still hold the real power. Liu Zhengzhu turned to retaliate against the employees who had supported the victimized female reporter. It was not until 11 current and former employees and interns threatened to file a lawsuit against Phoenix that Phoenix announced the dismissal of Liu Zheng Zhu in December 2012..

Lawyers also pointed out that the new supervisor appointed by Phoenix TV to replace Liu Zhengzhu continued to crack down on those employees who supported the female reporter, including criticism, intimidation, demotion and even dismissal.

Voice of America also said that in response to the press release issued by the plaintiff, Yan Xiaoqi, the public relations manager of Phoenix Americas, replied in an email sent to reporters: "Phoenix Satellite TV knows that someone has filed a lawsuit against Phoenix Satellite TV in the federal district court in Washington, DC. However, so far, Phoenix Satellite TV has not received any legal proceedings. " Yan Xiaoqi also stated in the subsequent e-mail that Phoenix TV has reviewed the press release issued by the lawyer appointed by the plaintiff, and the statement of Phoenix TV in the press release is wrong and inconsistent with the facts, and has entrusted a lawyer to defend the rights and interests of the company.

When the plaintiff filed the lawsuit, he had proposed to be tried by a jury and demanded financial compensation. The plaintiff’s lawyer said,If Phoenix TV does not prevent these bad behaviors from happening, it may face up to $2 million in compensation..

Interview with Yin Haijie: What was lost in the renovation of Harbin Daowai Historic District?

Harbin is a city with a history of only over a hundred years. Daowai District is an old city in Harbin, which was formed and developed earlier. It is also a witness to the historical memory of the city. There are not only buildings known as "Chinese Baroque", but also living carriers of Harbin folk snacks, performing arts, business and other cultures.

However, since the first phase of renovation project was started in 2007, Daowai historical block has suffered from blind renovation and tourism development. According to Yin Haijie, a professor of sociology at Harbin Institute of Technology, "the old road in people’s memory has changed its appearance, and the’ soul’ outside the road has been tottering."

About four or five years ago, Yin Haijie began to pay attention to all kinds of problems in the process of renovation of historical blocks outside Harbin. In 2014, he published a paper entitled "Cultural Mourning in the Renovation of Historical Blocks outside Harbin", which bluntly pointed out that "this renovation project, which started with the protection of historical buildings and culture outside Harbin, has gone astray in the complicated and chaotic competition for interests, and cultural protection has become neglected or too busy for all parties.

Nowadays, in the face of the rapid development of urbanization, not only Harbin, but also the protection of historical blocks all over the country is undergoing increasingly severe challenges. Therefore, The Paper (www.thepaper.cn) interviewed Professor Yin Haijie.

The PaperHow did the research topic of the renovation of historical blocks outside Harbin come into your sight?

Yin haijieI have been paying attention to Daowai Historic District for a long time, because it is the earliest developed area after Harbin opened its port. Moreover, I am from Harbin. When I was young, I liked the atmosphere outside the old road, and I often went there for a stroll when I was in college.

Harbin is a city formed by the construction of the Middle East Railway in modern times. In the 1920s and 1930s, the so-called "westernization" and "Europeanization" in Harbin were so fierce that after Zhang Xueliang came here, did he think it was still China? Then he promoted the construction of the Confucian Temple in Harbin, and wrote the Inscription of the Confucian Temple in Harbin.

After the opening of Harbin, China’s national capitalists and foreign comprador fought fiercely in this land, and in the process, China’s national capitalists did not lose to them. One of the most important things to remember is Wu Baixiang. I think he should be a figure in the history of China’s commercial development. He established a shareholder system similar to the present one long ago, and his internal management is very good.

Wu Baixiang founded the famous Tongji Shopping Mall outside the old road. My uncle used to work as a clerk in Tongji Shopping Mall. He once told me that Tongji Shopping Mall’s business area is half that of Lin Qiu Company (a Russian-run shopping mall), but its turnover is twice that of it. Tongji Shopping Mall was a very popular place in those days, and the building was also a "Chinese Baroque" style combining Chinese and Western styles. Originally, there were four mirrors at the entrance, and all passers-by had to take a photo. It was a very important landmark building in Harbin.

Chinese Baroque Architecture

About four or five years ago, I noticed some distressing things in Daowai area. One was barbaric transformation. After the workers came, all the walls were shoveled off. In fact, there were good diagrams and signs on them. Secondly, Tongji shopping mall was demolished, which is a sad thing for Harbin people.

The PaperIs the case of the renovation of the historical block outside Harbin typical in China?

Yin haijie: It should be typical. Nowadays, in the process of urbanization in the whole country, there are actually not many old cities left. I feel that the preservation of historical blocks in urban construction is a particularly urgent task. When I go abroad, in some countries, no one has the right to demolish buildings as long as they are more than 80 years old, regardless of the quality of the buildings themselves. If you want to demolish them, you must get the consent of the parliament.

But now we are very casual. When businessmen come, they can tear it down if they want. Some of them have even been listed as historical protected buildings, but they can still be torn down in some way. For example, Harbin demolished all the sites where the northeast anti-Japanese hero General Li Zhaolin was killed. It is a beautiful small building in itself. So I say that the protection of historical blocks is a very urgent task, but as a scholar, I often feel very powerless.

The Paper: According to your investigation, what forces are there in the process of rebuilding historical blocks outside Daodao?

Yin haijieI think the leading force is the government and developers, or the transformation reflects the will of a more harmonious political and business relationship. In contrast, the power of culture is too weak, and scholars like us just speak. Some old local residents are also ordinary people at the bottom of society. They have neither the right to participate in the renovation of historical blocks nor the possibility to speak out.

Overall, it is dominated by the government and implemented by developers, and the loss of culture becomes inevitable. However, a few years ago, local media and scholars also made some appeals. I am gratified that the large-scale destructive demolition has slowed down.

The PaperIt has been more than two years since your paper was published. Has the situation changed?

Yin haijie: there is basically no big change. Because Harbin wants to transform "Chinese Baroque Street" into a commercial tourist destination, it has been transformed. Now it’s called "repairing the old as before". After the merchants are moved away, the interior is renovated and then the investment is invited. This is basically the mode.

Even so, after re-inviting investment, everyone still likes it very much, because the "Chinese Baroque" building complex itself is very valuable, and the characteristics of combining Chinese and Western are very distinct. It is in contrast with another central street in Harbin, which is completely European-style, and it is two completely different cultural areas. I generally agree with this transformation. Although I haven’t given enough consideration to the loss of culture, at least the building has been preserved now.

Architectural art survived, but the living culture died.

The PaperWhat lessons do you think we should learn from this transformation?

Yin haijieAs a sociologist, I still pay more attention to the cultural characteristics of the city, which are more reflected in people’s life and management methods. Specific to Daowai District, the merchant culture here is particularly developed. Some people say that children outside will sell steamed buns at the age of 4, but this culture is not a solidified thing.

During the transformation, we should investigate all kinds of cultural elements and consider how to keep them in place. For example, food culture, the government should ask developers to find ways to make those small shops survive after the transformation. There are many snacks in Harbin outside the old road, and now there may be less than a quarter left, but even so, it can attract diners from all directions. We all hope that those "small burying shops" can survive. Their frontispiece is very small, and there are only two or three tables when they go in, but the taste they make is delicious. Like this, the government should try to help them keep their original flavor, improve their sanitary conditions and so on, and try to keep it there. But not now, as long as there is no money, you can only move away.

Laojie casserole house

In addition, there are many performing arts cultures in Daowai historical block, such as donkey shadow play, puppet show, etc. Originally, many "circle buildings" walked into it, which was a small stage. We should consider how to keep these in place during the transformation process. I think this aspect is not enough.

I call on government departments to consider culture first, then architecture, and then commerce and tourism in the process of rebuilding historical blocks. Culture must come first, not commerce. At least this thinking logic should be changed.

The PaperCultural protection and commercial development seem to be eternal problems and contradictions in the transformation of urban historical blocks.

Yin haijieYes, in this process, cultural protection is being ignored. Only the government can do this. If the government does not act, cultural protection will become empty talk. I think this is also a very important reason why our country is now "one thousand cities on one side". In the process of transformation, administrative forces often do not consider the value of culture at all.

The PaperAs far as you can see, are there any cases that have been done well in the whole country?

Yin haijieI remember that Kuanzhai Lane in Chengdu should have done a better job.

I have only been to the three lanes and seven alleys in Fuzhou, which gives me the feeling that the facade of the lanes and alleys has only been preserved. Sometimes when the door is opened, there is a clearing, and there are no buildings left, only walls left. Of course, it is not easy to keep it like this, but such buildings are not alive.

Outside the old road, it is a bit like the overpass in old Beijing, and all kinds of performing arts culture are very developed. If the old building of the overpass is still there, but the artists are gone, then this culture will be gone, right? I think cultural protection is imminent.

Because I like the old culture myself, I want to find such a place everywhere, but now it is almost gone. Historical blocks carry cultural memories, but we have destroyed too much in urban construction, especially in the large-scale urban transformation and relocation in the 1990 s. This is our big failure.

The Paper: What about the situation abroad?

Yin haijieI lived in Japan. We know that Japanese cities were badly damaged by World War II, but Nara and Kyoto were well protected. I know a Japanese professor who likes China culture very much. He said that Nara is a small Chang ‘an and Kyoto is a small Luoyang, so he also wanted to visit our Xi ‘an and Luoyang. Later, after I took him to see it, I left in great disappointment. How can I compare with Nara and Kyoto? The historical blocks have been completely destroyed, which is really regrettable. I feel very sorry after reading it for days.

The PaperDo you think there is a conflict between the economic slowdown in Northeast China and cultural protection?

Yin haijieCultural protection can only bring long-term economic benefits, and it can only promote the economy, not lead to economic decline. It is precisely because we don’t pay attention to cultural protection that a city has no culture and vitality and will eventually decline completely. A city with culture will always exude charm.

The following is an excerpt from Yin Haijie’s thesis by The Paper:

In 2007 and 2010, the first and second reconstruction projects of Daowai Historic District were started. The location is the most concentrated and exquisite part of existing Chinese Baroque buildings, namely Jingyang Street, Jingyu Street, Nansidao Street and Nanxun Street. After the second phase of the project, the third phase of the project with a larger area will be started soon.

This massive and time-consuming renovation project has involved many stakeholders, such as the government, developers, residents, old shops and so on, and all parties have started a game from their respective positions. In this interest-oriented game space led by the government and developers, the cultural protection of historical blocks is bound to be distorted. Under the pressure of transformation and the lure of interests, time-honored brands have gradually become "stale", and the interests of residents have nowhere to stretch, so they can only make a living by forbearing. No one has noticed that this renovation project, which started with the protection of historical buildings and culture outside the old road, has gone astray in the complicated and chaotic competition for interests, and cultural protection has become a blind spot that all parties have intentionally ignored or neglected.

First, the old brand: in the gap between the system transition and the wave of development

After several historical changes, some of these old brands have moved away from their original places, some have changed their flags, some have disappeared, and more have been lost under the demolition bulldozers. At present, there are only a few old brands left in Jingyu Street, such as Lao Dingfeng, Shiyitang and Hendry Glasses, but they have all been corporatized. Only a small number of shops still maintain the business model of "front shop and back factory" in the original old house (that is, processing at the back and selling at the front, which belongs to the traditional business model of small workshop).

The author mainly interviewed the traditional time-honored shops and corporatized time-honored shops.

Keeping the traditional time-honored brands often retains the original operation mode of shops and factories in front of them, and the current leaders are still the heirs of the time-honored brands, mostly from the old employees who worked here when they were young, and bought back the state-owned shops after the reform and opening up. Some of the time-honored brands rely on traditional flavor and favorable traffic location, and their business has been very prosperous, especially recognized by some old customers.

In fact, it is difficult for such a time-honored brand to get government support and protection. In addition, because it has changed from a state-owned enterprise to a private enterprise, it still maintains the standard of tax payment when it is state-owned, which makes some shops inefficient. The owner of Donglaishun said this:

"Now I have gone to the old-age pension and the room rate, and there is no big income. The high taxes paid by enterprises like us are all coming from state-owned enterprises, and taxes cannot be avoided. If you don’t want to pay taxes like that, you have to change your brand. If you take this brand off, it will be blind for hundreds of years. "

When the old shops can still be used, most of them are still willing to maintain the status quo and maintain the business characteristics and traditional flavor of the old brands. For example, Donglaishun, Hongguang Wonton Restaurant, etc. However, there are also some well-known Laozi shops that can’t resist the temptation of interests and the pressure of government decrees, and move away from their original places and transform them into modern mass-produced hotels, such as Zhangbaopu and Fanjiyong.

Although these shops have maintained their original flavor in history, their owners often have the conservative consciousness of small merchants, are short-sighted and only care about business. The culture carried by the shops is at most a signboard for their profit, and they do not cherish the culture itself. When the author asked about the history and culture of the time-honored brand, their attitude was very indifferent. The shopkeeper in Laodu replied, "There is nothing to say, just look at the introduction and you will know everything. We will tell you those things."

For the renovation of Daowai block, most shop owners have no concern about culture, but complain that the popularity of Daowai block has dropped sharply due to the renovation of pedestrian street and the cancellation of public transportation.

After the corporatization, the managers and employees of the time-honored shops are uniformly deployed by the superior companies, and most of them are young, and they have no inheritance relationship with the responsible persons in the history of the time-honored shops. The understanding of the history and culture of the time-honored shops only stays in the written introduction, which shows that the vivid history and culture have disappeared. The current manager of Shiyitang is an elder sister in her thirties. She is at a loss about the history and culture of Shiyitang.

Q: "Do you know anything about the history of the World Hall?"

A: "I don’t understand. Look at me, I’m so young and I just transferred here (take me outside the store and just show me the old brand signs and photos of the founders posted in the window)."

Q: "Do you have any inheritance relationship with him?"

A: "No, we are all from Shiyitang Pharmaceutical Company, not the original family type."

Some time-honored brands will retain some traditional techniques and techniques, but it is generally believed that the use of advanced equipment and the standardization of corporate management are in line with the development of the times, and traditional and backward things should be eliminated.

As for the ongoing block renovation here, because these workers are not indigenous residents outside the road, they just come to work here during the day, and they are completely unaware of the block renovation and cultural protection here.

Second, residents and ordinary merchants: in the relocation storm of leaving their homes,

Most of the residents and merchants interviewed have memories of the prosperous period after the end of the Cultural Revolution in the 1970s. In retrospect, a sense of pride as an outsider is beyond words, which is enough to see the splendid past of Daowai, leaving a deep impression on people’s hearts. As for the present situation outside Daoism, most of the residents interviewed think that it is not as good as before, and it is in decline, which is very regrettable. It is very sad that a large number of historical buildings, especially some popular old shops, have been demolished, just like remembering shopping malls. During the interview, several veteran residents said:

Interviewee 1: "How many places have been divided outside this road? Hongqi, Liaohe and Xianfeng Road, which are ceramics and collective strength, are all divided by outsiders. Earlier, our place was quite lively."

Interviewee 2: "This is really a bit extinct. Now there are few old brands outside the road, and the best ones outside the road are the same ones. "

Interviewee 3: "Tongji was the most popular in the early days, but it hasn’t been good since it was finished." Oh, my God, you didn’t even know about the old classmate earlier. Wow, it’s so beautiful. Once you go in, it’s like walking around the stairs. The thing of collecting money is like this. After that, you buy tickets and come back. When I was a child, I loved to go there and look in the mirror when I was finished. "

Interviewee 2: "Tongji’s manager (who stripped Tongji’s shopping mall) should be shot. If there is a classmate now, he can’t even open a shop. It’s a museum, and no one can enter, so he has to put a gun to it. The haha mirror at the door is sold for ten yuan (angry). "

A sea of people’s Tongji shopping mall

The newly-built Tongji Shopping Mall after being demolished has no trace of history (from the author’s field visit and shooting)

In the eyes of these ordinary people, the protection and planning of Daowai historical blocks is a matter for the government, and the people are powerless before the will of the government, so some people express helplessness and indifference. A small tailor shop owner in his fifties said this:

"Now it’s not what ordinary people want. The government has its own plan, and it can do whatever it wants. The ordinary people don’t seem to have any effect. You are looking for residents to investigate now, and you can’t find anything. "

In the interview, the author found that these old residents outside Daodao are very concerned about the housing problem. After understanding, it was found that the government wanted to move the residents here to Qunli (located in the outer suburbs of Harbin) in order to plan the tourist attractions outside Daodao as a whole, because the residents did not want to "change from city people to country people" and unanimously opposed it. Several 60-and 70-year-old Daowai residents complained about the government’s relocation:

"People don’t want to go, so let’s join forces. Where is the collective strength? It seems to be Acheng, far away, going to the countryside. This is not the Cultural Revolution, and people have not made mistakes. This is a good person."

However, the real historical buildings outside Daodao (that is, the "circle building") have extremely poor living conditions after the residents moved out. They are dilapidated due to years of disrepair, and there is no water supply and heating. The aging circuits and wooden structures often cause fires. Among the residents who did not cooperate with the relocation, the young and economically qualified residents abandoned their old houses and left their homeland to buy houses and live elsewhere; The elderly residents who have no economic strength and poor physical strength have to stay in these old houses, and their miserable life has never been asked again. Because of the low rent, most of the idle old houses are occupied by migrant workers who do small businesses, and they usually pay less attention to the use and maintenance of the houses, which aggravates the fire hazard of the old houses. An aunt who lives in an old circle building said this:

"In recent years, the rich are not living here. Nobody cares about this street. It’s all old wires that are always on fire. And the renters here are all from the countryside, and they don’t pay attention. But we have to pay attention, or where to live. "

The current situation of "circle building" in disrepair (from the author’s field visit and shooting)

The old buildings facing the street are covered with traces of fire (from the author’s field visit)

Residents reported that the number of the original residents in Daowai Old Street has been reduced by more than half. After the shops closed in the evening, the merchants who did business also returned to live elsewhere. At night, there was no one in the streets and lanes, which became what people called "ghost towns" and "dead cities".

The basic livelihood of ordinary people has not been solved. How can we talk about the historical and cultural protection of metaphysics? "House" has become the biggest pain in the hearts of the residents here. They have no choice but to regard it as the price that the block transformation has made them bear innocently, so most residents are very disgusted with the protection of baroque buildings here. As for these historic buildings, residents don’t care about their historical and cultural values, and they don’t understand that the government spends a lot of money to repair these impractical buildings.

"If you appeal, just tell us about it, we want to solve the problem of food and clothing, but we want to give us a big house on the spot outside the road. As for anything in their country, we don’t want to know. It has nothing to do with us. It has to solve our problems. "

"What’s the point of protecting it, college students! Some buildings should be torn down, or people will be killed. You can earn money in Gai Lou and solve the difficulties for the residents. You are the whole Baroque, really! My opinion is that we shouldn’t do baroque here. If we repeat it, we should rip it all off and build a tall building. It’ s great, guarding the riverside, you can look at the riverside when you are tall. This building has to sell more pieces. "

"Chinese baroque is no matter how good it is. It is an object left over from history. It is impossible for ordinary people to undertake this matter. You will give ordinary people a spacious house, which is stronger than anything else."

Third, the government and tourism developers: in the joint operation of power and capital,

During the investigation, the author found that all the areas involved in the first phase and the second phase of the Chinese Baroque Block outside Daowai were developed into commercial projects, Erdao Street was building a pedestrian street, and Sandao Street had been developed into a film and television base and a modern leisure area with eight themes.

Zeng Yizhi, a senior reporter and editor of Heilongjiang Daily and a member of the China Cultural Relics Society, summed up the renovation project of Daowai Historical District in his blog post: "The first and second renovation projects of Chinese Baroque moved a large number of indigenous residents to the outer suburbs on the grounds of’ emergency rescue of dangerous houses’ for the sake of overall planning, and moved many old shops away from their original places by means of monetary compensation. The separation of people and houses has forced the original commercial and residential blocks to be changed into commercial and financial land. "

For the original historical buildings, in the first phase of the Chinese Baroque project started in 2007, the plane layout of Nanerdao Street and Nansandao Street, which are within the core protection scope of historical and cultural blocks, was completely changed, some old buildings were demolished and newly built, and the rest buildings were only left with the facade facing the street, and the buildings in the courtyard were completely demolished. The second phase of the project is still repeating the same mistakes. During the implementation process, not only many historical buildings within the core protection scope were destroyed, but also many century-old hutongs were not spared in the construction control zone. Many Daowai residents also expressed their indignation at the government’s massive demolition of historical buildings in interviews:

"This transformation method is wrong. Everything is business and money. What is this called protection? This is making money! We used to be all such buildings outside the road, but now we don’t have them. All the really good ones have been smashed, and now we think of protection. "

For the indigenous residents and shops, as reflected in the above interview, in order to develop commercial projects, the government moved all the indigenous people in this area to the vicinity of the ceramic market near the port authority on the grounds of "reconstruction of dangerous houses". It is understood that in this area, dangerous houses only account for 9.47% of all houses. The merchants are relocated by monetary compensation, but the difference between compensation and relocation is too high, which makes it impossible for those merchants who have been operating here for many years to move back.

However, in fact, the current situation of government investment promotion is not optimistic. It is understood that the first phase of the project has never been rented out. The author visited and found that there are still many vacant rooms on both sides of the unfinished pedestrian street in the second phase, and the existing businesses only entered under the preferential policy of rent-free in the first two years.

The investment reception center and the renovated vacant houses on the pedestrian street are attracting investment (from the author’s field visit and shooting)

Besides, these old shops, which have been recruited again, have not only moved away from the original site, but also transformed from small shops that were traditionally operated into modern mass-produced hotels, and the old flavor no longer exists. In order to expand publicity and increase interests, these cultures have become worthless victims. When talking to a section chief about the present Zhang Baopu, she said:

"Now these things (referring to the newly opened old-fashioned restaurants on the pedestrian street) can’t be eaten, and they are put on this street. In fact, they are well-known, but in fact, the original old taste is wrong. Then what do you mean by old taste? You used to eat it, but now it tastes different. If you haven’t eaten it before, it will be the same if you come for the first time now, won’t it? Nowadays, mass production is definitely different from before, and it will be even worse if tourists are invited to make group meals. However, the original old shop is too broken, and the business philosophy is not good. The benefits are definitely not so good. "

The interior of the modern "Zhangbaopu" new store (from the author’s field visit)

To sum up, the government and developers take the development of commercial tourism as the guide to rebuild historical blocks, and the overall environment of the blocks is destroyed. At the same time, the real historical buildings-the vacant houses after the residents moved are unprotected and repaired, waiting for bulldozers to repeat the old dreams of history in the stormy weather. The coexistence of people and houses can inherit the living historical context, and now the historical block without people and houses has become a dead street. All this, in turn, makes the government’s investment promotion process difficult and bitter.

Global "Epidemic Culture" in Isolation: From French Bread to British Bars

BEIJING, April 1 (Xinhua) According to the BBC Chinese website, at present, in order to cope with the COVID-19 crisis, all countries in the world have adopted different isolation measures. Residents in different countries or regions have different coping methods, some of which are very creative and some are thought-provoking, and have developed a unique "epidemic culture".

In Italy, people who live in isolation at home sing opera on the balcony to express their emotions. In France, wine shops sell customers a special "essential package to resist the epidemic". In Germany, people who love nightlife begin to enjoy party at home.

According to the report, in many ways, the epidemic highlights the different unique personalities of countries around the world and shows the diversified life of countries around the world under the depressed isolation life.

  France

Without the bakery, France is no longer France. Traditional berets may have gone out of fashion, but French baguettes will never, even during the global epidemic.

Immediately after Italy, the French government also implemented strict epidemic prevention measures. Anyone can go out only with a signed document explaining their reasons for going out, and all "non-essential" shops are closed. In addition to supermarkets and pharmacies, the official documents of the French Ministry of Health list in detail 40 exceptional industries that are "indispensable for maintaining French life", including bakeries, butcher shops, grape hotels, cheese shops and grocery stores.

Nowadays, from Paris to Provence, the empty and lonely streets of towns all over France are filled with the aroma of bread every morning, and about 33,000 bakeries in the country continue to operate at this time. As before, the French went to the bakery near his home early in the morning to buy a baguette, but they needed to keep a safe distance from each other.

Anlacote, president of the French Bread and Pastry Federation, said that baguette is a symbol of French culture and an important part of people’s lives. "The experience of many people going out for the first time in their lives is to go to the bakery with their parents to buy French baguettes. The only chance for many elderly people to get in touch with others in a day is to go to the bakery."

Allakot believes that it makes sense to keep the bakery open during the epidemic. "Bakery is a necessity for the French not to be hungry. Many people don’t necessarily have supermarkets near their homes, but there must be bakeries."

In Paris, wine seems as precious as hand sanitizer. The French drinks wine as naturally as bread. Many wine shops sell 6 or 12 bottles of "essential package for fighting epidemic" to customers.

According to the report, during the COVID-19 epidemic, the French’s social habit of kissing on the cheek may disappear temporarily, but his love for wine will not disappear.

  Germany

Berlin’s nightlife is a legend. In the past few decades, Berlin has been shaped into the capital of European electronic dance music. However, with the spread of the epidemic, gatherings of more than two people have been banned. There is only one answer to where to go to the party this weekend: at home.

How to have a party in your own home? Don’t worry, hundreds of independent nightclubs have joined together with the support of the government and played DJ dance music to people’s homes by streaming media. You don’t have to wait in line for admission at two o’clock in the middle of the night to hold a party at home. The streaming party starts at seven o’clock in the evening, and people can also donate money to musicians and nightclubs.

For Berliner Berger, being able to sit on his sofa in pajamas and listen to famous DJ playing pop dance music is killing two birds with one stone. "I really enjoyed the party at home. I even jumped up in the living room by myself. Then at the end of the party at midnight, you can fall asleep and get up on the first day in the same good spirits."

For the organizers, combining people with music in the face of crisis also symbolizes a kind of community spirit, just as people from East and West flocked to the streets after the fall of the Berlin Wall, which is a symbol of German unity. Hegeman, the founder of the famous Berlin ballroom Trezee, said, "Who knows what will happen in the future? But I believe that after the epidemic subsides, people will definitely come out again and the party will not stop. "

From 00: 00 on March 23rd, Berlin and other states began to implement the most stringent ban on foot since the outbreak of COVID-19, among which Berlin was the first to take severe measures such as prohibiting more than two people from gathering in public places and closing restaurants and cafes. Britain

Under the attack of the epidemic, the bars that British people are proud of have closed their doors and suspended their business. However, through various online instant messaging software, such as WhatsApp, Skype, Zoom and HouseParty, people all over the UK can still meet and have a drink with online parties in their own homes.

Many bars announce the time of online activities through social media and hold bar question-and-answer activities online, attracting hundreds of thousands of people to express their interest. In Scotland, traditional bars hold online music parties and invite folk musicians to share folk music online.

Home isolation, how to spend this weekend night? Many British people have already made plans to meet their friends for chatting and drinking in online bars, just like before.

The crowded subway car of the mayor of London, England, is now empty. China News Service reporter Zhang Pingshe

  India

India has announced a 21-day blockade to fight the spread of the epidemic, but India is the second most populous country in the world. It is not easy to make 1.3 billion people stay at home all at once, and many people can’t buy enough food or medicine.

After the blockade was announced, India’s well-known celebrity couple, captain of cricket team Vera Golly and Bollywood actor’s wife Shamma, appealed to 55 million Twitter fans to "follow the government’s advice and unite", but at this time, it is not difficult for Indians to "stay together", but it is difficult to "keep a safe distance".

It is reported that Indians usually queue in circles instead of straight lines. So during the epidemic, supermarkets began to teach people how to keep a safe distance in line. They drew circles with chalk on the ground, and local health officials personally went to crowded supermarkets to demonstrate the circle and taught people the importance of a safe distance.

Queuing is not the latest knowledge for Indians to learn. Anyone who calls and answers the phone must first listen to a recorded message on how to maintain personal hygiene, including covering his mouth when coughing and the correct way to wash his hands. The local police even choreographed a dance of washing hands correctly.

  Australia

When it comes to Australia, many people think of outdoor activities, relaxed life attitude and unique wild animals, but only those who have lived in Australia will know that the annual Easter holiday is a popular time for Australians to go camping in the wild, because Australia in the southern hemisphere enters winter after Easter, so enjoy outdoor activities before winter comes, and camping and barbecue with the whole family becomes a national activity.

Usually, more than 300,000 Australians go camping during Easter. Now I am trapped by the epidemic and can’t go out, but creative Australians will still find a way.

The Australian camper industry calls on people to set up tents in their backyard or living room, and indoor campers can watch the wild and natural environment through streaming media. People can also play cricket and eat barbecue in the backyard.

This global epidemic of infectious diseases has trapped many Australians at home, but people know in their hearts that this is not a bad thing.
