Introduction of BYD Song PLUSDMi Super Hybrid Technology
It is a compact SUV owned by BYD. At present, only the fuel version with 1.5T engine is on sale. The biggest change of DM-i equipped with BYD DM-i super hybrid technology lies in the power system. The use of a new plug-in hybrid system enables the new car to achieve a better balance between fuel consumption and power level.
The brand-new Dragon Face 3.0 design of BYD family is adopted, the front air intake grille is hexagonal, and the middle net adopts array design. The chrome-plated decorative strip running through the front of the car is connected with the LED headlights on both sides, and the upturned eyebrow shape and the large mouth front air intake grille show the dragon face. Daytime running lights are designed in the form of horizontal bars, which are arranged at the heat dissipation openings on both sides of the front enclosure, thus enhancing the overall momentum of the vehicle.
The arc of the roof is very beautiful, and it is matched with a layered waistline design to create a strong sense of movement. The car offers a variety of rim specifications and styles to meet the needs of different consumers. The red brake calipers reflect the fashionable and dynamic modeling concept of the car.
In the rear part, the new car adopts penetrating LED taillights and chrome-plated decorative strips, which greatly enhances the visual width of the rear. The small spoiler at the end of the roof and the silver rear diffuser around it create a very sporty feeling for the new car. In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the new car are 4705/1890/1680mm and the wheelbase is 2765mm respectively.
In terms of interior, the new car adopts a symmetrical central control design, and the air-conditioning outlets on both sides have a sense of design. A bright black decorative panel is also used in front of the co-driver to enhance the sense of luxury. The new car uses a 12.3-inch full LCD instrument and a 12.8-inch rotatable central control multimedia touch screen, and is also equipped with a three-spoke multi-function steering wheel and a lever electronic shift mechanism.
DM-i has two versions with pure battery life of 51km or 110km. The 51km endurance version has an acceleration time of 8.5s at 0-100km/h and a fuel consumption of 4.4L/100km, and the comprehensive endurance can reach 1150km with full fuel and electricity. The 110km battery life version has an acceleration time of 7.9s at 0-100km/h, a fuel consumption of 4.5L/100km, and a comprehensive battery life of 1,200km with full fuel and electricity.
