Most of the time, he is on the production line and has to deal with desk work at night. He said: "I have been working in the production line for a long time, and I have grown up step by step from the grassroots level. Leaving the front line is like leaving the soil, and my heart is always not practical." It is precisely because of this persistence that he knows the operation of the production line like the back of his hand, and at the same time he has explored and summarized a set of effective operation management experiences.
The stable and efficient operation of the production line is his persistent pursuit. Therefore, he vigorously promotes the production operation management ideas of source control and system optimization, pays attention to the mandatory maintenance of auxiliary equipment, and ensures the continuous and stable operation of the cement kiln with the stable operation of the raw material system. He always stressed: good treatment is better than illness, and so is equipment; In pursuit of high-quality production and operation, we should work hard on equipment maintenance, and we should not fall into a vicious circle of "treating the headache and treating the foot pain".
For more than a year, Wang Zhangwei has led the team to overcome a large number of "long-standing problems" with his dedication and perseverance in studying technology and tackling difficulties. The material leakage problem of grate cooler in Line 3 has been a worry for technicians for many years, which not only has a heavy workload for post staff to clean up materials, but also has great security risks. After Wang Zhangwei took office, he took this "hard bone" as a special technical breakthrough project. He first consulted all the drawings related to the grate cooler, statistically analyzed various operating parameters, and made up his mind to take advantage of the opportunity of downtime to solve it completely. Liao Yuhua, the maintenance section chief of the manufacturing branch factory, said that during the shutdown and maintenance due to the epidemic in February this year, Comrade Wang Zhangwei squatted at the grate cooler maintenance site for three consecutive days. He was about one meter tall and had a flashlight in his hand. He always crouched in the grate cooler and checked every part, which impressed all the employees present. Through this overhaul, the material leakage problem was finally solved.
Under the leadership of Wang Zhangwei, the failures of the company’s three production lines have been significantly reduced, the continuous operation cycle of cement kiln has been greatly improved, and the output, sales volume and sales revenue of cement clinker have all increased, which has comprehensively improved the quality of production and operation.

Dare to innovate and stand at the forefront of technology
Science and technology are the primary productive forces, and innovation is the source of benefits. In June 2018, Yiyang Conch Company cooperated closely with Haichuang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., and the first production line for collaborative treatment of solid hazardous waste by cement kiln was completed and put into operation. Because the solid hazardous waste materials will fluctuate in the process of high temperature treatment, the feeding amount of the cement kiln will be reduced by 15 tons per hour. In order to improve production efficiency without affecting solid hazardous waste treatment, Wang Zhangwei put forward a new technical innovation scheme after full certification and bold exploration, which not only stabilized the working conditions of cement kiln, but also increased the solid hazardous waste treatment capacity. This technological innovation has brought great economic and social benefits.
In 2019, the sales department of the company successfully won the bid for the key project of "Changjinghuang High-speed Railway" and obtained the right to supply cement. The project requires the use of low-alkali cement, and the company has no previous experience in this kind of cement production. In order to ensure that the high-standard low-alkali cement in key projects can be supplied on time and meet the quality standards, Wang Zhangwei led the professional managers of technology and quality to discuss and formulate the production plan at the first time. By adjusting ingredients, optimizing operation and breaking through many technical difficulties, the low-alkali cement meeting TB10005-2010 high-speed rail standard was finally developed and produced, which ensured the cement supply of "Changjing Yellow High-speed Railway". Moreover, he led the team to plan and develop the P.C42.5 cement to obtain the national first-class certification, and successfully realized the connection of products after the cancellation of P.C32.5R cement.
In July 2019, Quanjiao Conch, a subsidiary of Conch Group, built the first full-process cement intelligent factory in China. Wang Zhangwei was very excited after learning about it. He led a team to visit Quanjiao Conch for the first time and promoted the intelligent factory construction project in Yiyang Conch. Faced with "new things", he is thirsty for knowledge, discussing the scheme with technicians every day, and participating in installation and debugging in the whole process. In May 2020, the expert optimization operating systems of three production lines were fully put into use, and in August, the intelligent auxiliary inspection system was put into operation. Since then, manual operation and inspection have become history, and the labor intensity of front-line employees has been greatly reduced. In Wang Zhangwei’s view, this is only the first step in the construction of smart factories. At present, he is devoting himself to the application of cutting-edge technologies such as intelligent quality control systems and digital mines, and is making continuous progress in the direction of "intelligent factories, information management and green industries".

Love environmental protection and protect clear water and blue sky
As a "post-80s" graduate, Wang Zhangwei’s thoughts on the new development concept consciously led the action consciousness in daily management. "If safety is the red line of enterprises and quality is the lifeline of enterprises, then environmental protection is the high-voltage line of enterprises. As a state-owned enterprise, it must take the lead in fulfilling the social responsibility of large enterprises. " At the meeting of the team who joined Yiyang Conch, his environmental protection concept was unanimously agreed. In his work practice, he has always been committed to environmental technological transformation and environmental governance.
The working environment of front-line employees is always in his heart. In order to improve the working environment of cement packaging workshop as soon as possible, he has just arrived in the company, and promoted the implementation of the technical transformation project of automatic bag insertion of packaging machine and the optimization and transformation project of dust collection management in packaging workshop, which effectively controlled the dust emission in the operation post. He vigorously promoted the overall implementation of the "five-type team" construction and transformation, and the team duty room became more quiet, tidy, spacious and bright, and the staff’s mood was more comfortable.
The environmental protection technical transformation project led by Wang Zhangwei is deeply supported by employees and the company, not only because it improves the working environment of employees, but also adds stamina to the company’s development. During the epidemic this year, the company started the transformation project of electrostatic precipitation at the head and tail of 2# kiln. However, after the project was launched, the technical personnel of the outsourcing unit could not be in place in time. Wang Zhangwei rolled up his sleeves and took the lead. The company’s cadres and employees worked in shifts for two days and three nights, and more than 7,100 filter bags were replaced. The environmental protection technical transformation project was completed on time and in quality, and the emission index reached the domestic advanced level.
In order to promote the realization of green manufacturing, he led the team to carry out precise SNCR technological transformation, led the construction of green mines and green factories, promoted green and bright visual environmental protection projects, and constantly improved the image of garden chemical plants. It has become a reality for the whole factory to "look up at the blue, look down at the green, hear birds singing and smell flowers". In 2020, the company was awarded the honorary title of national-level green factory, and the construction of provincial-level green mines passed the on-site acceptance.
Be loyal to the cause and be willing to give selflessly.
Wang Zhangwei chose the cement industry out of his love for cement manufacturing. His wife is also an employee of Conch Group. In order to take good care of the children and prevent her husband from being distracted in her career, she took the initiative to undertake the important task of the family. As the father of two children, Wang Zhangwei often can’t take care of his family because of his work relationship, and he has always been ashamed of his wife and children.
In addition to the support of his wife, there is also the care of his parents. Although parents are old, they not only take care of themselves, but also take time out to help Wang Zhangwei share some family affairs. When asked about the family difficulties overcome by Comrade Wang Zhangwei, he said: To be honest, I, like thousands of conch people who have left home in Qian Qian, have an irreparable debt to my family, but my difficulties are nothing compared with those conch people who are far away in foreign countries and the border of the motherland. Besides, since I have chosen this career, I will stick to it no matter how difficult it is.
The New Year’s Eve in 2019 is very "full" for Wang Zhangwei. According to the custom of his hometown, it was dinner time at three or four o’clock in the afternoon, when he received a call from the company’s duty officer, the cooler of one of the company’s production lines broke down and stopped. A production line will lose hundreds of thousands if it stops once, and the longer it stops, the greater the loss. The ticket back to the company had already been sold out, so he had to guide the technicians on the spot to repair it through WeChat video. After 3 hours, the cause of the failure was finally found and successfully eliminated. At this time, the carefully prepared dinner at home was cold, but his heart settled down.
