　　In order to standardize the employment management of construction enterprises, protect the legitimate rights and interests of construction workers, and better provide guidance for construction enterprises and construction workers to sign labor contracts, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security have formulated the Simple Labor Contract for Construction Workers (Model Text) in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. It is hereby forwarded to you for reference when construction enterprises and construction workers sign labor contracts.
