　　On June 29th, the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education issued a notice on adjusting overseas exams in July 2020: some overseas exams such as IELTS and TOEFL will be resumed in July. The details of the notice are as follows:

　　According to the situation of epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19 and the actual situation of overseas examination centers, after studying and consulting the relevant overseas examination organizers, it is decided to make the following adjustments to the overseas examination in July:

　　1. Resume the TOEFL test in Suzhou University, Yangzhou University, Ningbo University, Xi ‘an International Studies University, Shenzhen City University, Shanghai Middle School, Changzhou Senior Middle School, Dongguan Wensheng International School, Suzhou International Preparatory School and Shenzhen SEG Talent Training Center from July 11th (there are 10 test sites, and the TOEFL test on July 4th and 5th will be cancelled, and the test fee will be fully refunded to the candidates’ individual registration accounts). Other TOEFL test centers still do not have the conditions for group test, and their TOEFL test in July will continue to be cancelled, and the test fee will be fully refunded to the candidate’s personal registration account.

Resume all computerized IELTS tests in Shanghai Computer Test Center, Guangzhou Computer Test Center and Chongqing Computer Test Center from July 9th (there are 3 computer test sites and 4 computer test sites); From July 11th, the IELTS paper-and-pencil tests in Suzhou University, Yangzhou University, Ningbo University, Xiamen University, Guangxi University, Xi ‘an International Studies University, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Shaanxi Normal University, Sichuan International Studies University, Chongqing University, Shijiazhuang Institute of Information Engineering and Shenzhen SEG Talent Training Center will be gradually resumed (there are 12 paper-and-pencil test centers, and the IELTS test before the retest date will be cancelled, and the test fee will be fully refunded to the candidates’ individual registration accounts. Other IELTS test sites still do not have the conditions for group test, so the IELTS test in July will continue to be cancelled, and the test fee will be fully refunded to the candidate’s personal registration account.

Resume the GRE examinations of Suzhou University, Yangzhou University, Ningbo University, Xi ‘an International Studies University, Shenzhen City University, Shanghai Middle School, Dongguan Wensheng International School and Shenzhen SEG Talent Training Center from July 12th (a total of 8 test sites). Other GRE test sites still do not have the conditions for group examination, and continue to cancel their GRE test in July, and the examination fee will be fully refunded to the candidate’s personal registration account.

From July 9th, the GMAT examinations in Shanghai and Guangzhou, Suzhou University, Ningbo University, Xi ‘an International Studies University and Shenzhen SEG Talent Training Center will be resumed (the GMAT examinations in 6 test sites will be cancelled before July 9th, and the examination fees will be fully refunded to the candidates’ individual registration accounts). Other GMAT test sites still do not have the conditions for group examination, and their GMAT test in July will continue to be cancelled, and the examination fee will be refunded to the candidate’s personal registration account in full.
